  22. There have been a few reviews already 
  23. written about this great product from 
  24. Adobe. I figured that I would take a 
  25. different angle at this review. I am by no 
  26. means a color expert or image expert, but I 
  27. do appreciate having the ability to take 
  28. my graphics and give them that little 
  29. extra pizazz to brighten up even the most 
  30. boring drool.
  31. It seems that all the new software that does 
  32. a lot these days comes in a big  box. 
  33. Photoshop is no different. The box is big, 
  34. heavy and contains two manuals one thick 
  35. and one thin. Either way you look at it too 
  36. much reading for a Macintosh user. Well, 
  37. maybe yesterday‚Äôs user.
  38. The thin maul contains four lessons; 
  39. Retouching a Gray-Scale Image, 
  40. Producing and Printing a Halftone, 
  41. Retouching a Color Image and Producing 
  42. and Printing a Color Separation. There‚Äôs

  47. an introduction which covers all the tools 
  48. and there are a bunch of tools to create, 
  49. enhance, fix all sorts of things in your 
  50. picture. There is also an explanation of the 
  51. variety of file types; bit mapped, gray-
  52. scale, indexed color, RGB, CMYK, HSL, HSB, 
  53. and multi-channel. Each one of these 
  54. types has a short paragraph description of 
  55. what‚Äôs what.
  56. The Undo command is alive and well in 
  57. Photoshop. In addition to this there is a 
  58. Revert command. The Revert Command 
  59. will return you to the latest saved version. 
  60. so if you posterize,then invert, then trace 
  61. edges and don‚Äôt like it you can go back to 
  62. the spot before you posterized. Not bad!
